I would definitely agree with previous poster, I would move the outgoing pipes to a more convenient area.I would also introduce a better recycling system, so the waste is treated before exiting, coming out as clean drinking water. The world water problem thus solved in one go.
In their place, to fill up space (no pun intended), I would add a brand new incoming receptor. Just for the fun of it.
As for women wanting a bigger brain, sorry but our heads would just implode then. Perfection just cannot be improved on...
