If you happen to read this!!!- I'm looking to Connect with a Diet Buddy - where we communicate on 'This Thread' daily or every other day or whenever possible - To (Each) Start a diet/exercise routine and openly on CS - share the ups and downs - Be Accountable, Motivate,,,but no matter what 'KEEP GOING' UNTIL GOAL IS REACHED!!! - Possibly another CS Lady Friend or Friends - To do this 'together'!!!
& If you're a Guy with a few extra Pounds - you're welcome to join!!! / OR Maybe a 'Hot' Guy who is a Personal Trainer / & Knows All about Diet & Fitness / OR Just some great Guy who really cares that I get this done!!!
Even with the different Time Zones (Different Countries) - 'We' can still chat / share and be accountable on here,,, I will be writing on this thread again...Tomorrow Sat 17 Jan 2015 - & I will be Starting this then - & THIS IS DAY 1 - FOR ME,,,(RE 1ST WEIGH IN etc. & Re Goal !!!).
So whether you have 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 or more Kgs // 20 or even 100 pounds to Lose !!! - For each of us no matter the amount - The Reality and the Necessity & The Journey will be the same!!! (Cos it's My & Your Journey...).
'To make a Long Story Short'...- "I have allowed myself to spiral into a self destruction mode - & gained some extra Kgs!!! I have always been petite and worn bikinis!!! & Need to get back where I was!!!"...
(Age has got nothing to do with this - We Are What We Eat !!! & Whatever We Allow - Is What Will Continue !!!).

Dear Diet Diary: Today I had Orange juice, coffee and a sandwich as breakfast.
Later on I was walking for 1 hour on the treadmill.
Breakfast: 2 cups non-fat yogurt 1 cup muesli 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 cubic inch fresh ginger 1/2 banana 1 kiwi fruit 1 cup blueberries Blend it up Snork it down.

Thanks for all that!!! I don't plan to do my 'detailed diet' - just in general - Initial Weight / Goal and then daily or every day as I can - I will post how it's going - how much lost etc etc...
But maybe if you want to...share whatever you need to on here !!

Ok, walk 20 minutes every day, and you'll be as healthier as any gym lover
...start the day,with a good breakfast....eggs/bacon/toms...or 3 Weetabix.......dinner....eat whatever you fancy...but don't over indulge...teatime:....again whatever you fancy.....cut out cakes/bread....to much sugar......just feel comftable...jmo.
