stanley8m: God save the queen has already been played at Croke Park when the stadium hosted the Six Nations game between Ireland and England.

Spectators can choose to stand for the anthem or not as they wish.

The GAA is a non discriminating organisation, our games are played across the globe and we welcome all who wish to participate.

Muppet stop putting spins on peoples questions. We both know I am referring to a BA GAA team in Croker

Well you are good a ridiculing yourself. Whats wrong with asking legit questions about the real possibility of a BA GAA team playing in Croke Park?

You have a serious problem with resolving grievances, and moving on, don't you Phoenix.

I have already told you that I am not going to get involved in one of your mind numbingly boring discussions on the Anglo Irish conflict. After over eight hundred years it is time to put it behind us.

Wrong...Very wrong.

I have already told you that I am not going to get involved in one of your mind numbingly boring discussions on the Anglo Irish conflict. After over eight hundred years it is time to put it behind us.

Stan I asked you are you going to stand and watch a British Army GAA team play at Croker? Don't you think it is an insult to the victims and their families?

Imagine they end up playing a Kildare team in a final. What will you do? Will you wave the butchers apron because and show sportsmanship...?

I wouldn't be susprised if you did. You do sound like an east coast version of snowy.

Have you ever played Gaelic games or even been to a match?

If you had you would know that in this part of the World they only play the Irish Anthem at GAA games. We already have hundreds of teams from the UK playing Gaelic football. There is no problem, so stop trying to turn the GAA into an excuse for your Brit bashing.

Gaelic games can be played by anyone, there is no requirement to be Irish. As far as I am aware the GAA welcomes non Irish Nationals into its ranks. dunno

Most of the players I know like the rugby
Aswell, as armchair fans

Very few I know go to rugby matches do
They're far from the rugby crowd when it
Comes to attending matches

See the sneaky under hand tactics
Of the mayo team reared their ugly
Head again, shameful power tripping
Conspiring behind their managers
Back

No wonder they win nothing, they
End up going the way cork did a
Few years back
