We usually have no contempt for strangers, nor readily embrace them. I made comment about what may occur after knowing a stranger. I will help a stranger in need. I will exchange 'Helloes' with strangers. The video was a controlled social experiment. If a stranger steps up to me and wants to stare into my eyes for two minutes, I'll quickly require an answer from the stranger, about why the attention... My cuddling space is being invaded.

No way, we can't have folks intruding on your cuddle space.
Nobody is really gonna stare at a stranger...I just thought the social experiment was interesting although controlled. They did seem to make certain connections on a deeper level but I think the premise of the experiment was accomplished.

Have you not noticed that if a lot of attention is being paid to a particular poster...let's say a popular female poster and suddenly the men will be crawling out of the woodwork? Same thing happens the other way around as well.

We'll see but I'm not holding my breath on it given that most people I see in the places I shop in are either already spoken for or preoccupied with their cell phones. The rest are usually either kids or elderly folks out shopping on a Friday afternoon.
