Yes, I think a lot of people struggle with get enough sleep these days, I think because we have a lot of distractions and because the internet as well, many people include myself stay up until the early hours in the laptop. There is too much going on.

Aye, internet keeps you busy, so busy I´d say...
Invest in experiences like holidays, travelling, going to restaurants make me very happy.
