I am fine Vinny thank you, same to you.
Fresh pasta was not possible I had some leftover dough from Sunday but my daughter saved in thre fridge without applying oil on the outside and the dough got a slightly dark coloration, so not good and I had to cook pasta from the box.
I had pasta with pesto, spinach, slices of fresh tomato, some lime juice, black olives and a few shrimps, not my favorite marine protein but my daughter's
For good pasta you are closer to Italy than I am
