LIke everything has to be promises of sincerity and marriage...like there is not enough time to simply let things flower....like they do not think we would want them simply for....them [without all the promises]

You'd have to be able to cook better than I can myself for that to enter into the equation.
As for 'lightening up' ... you could try that yourself, consider the guys who contact you as men rather than subjects for professional analysis. Nothing is more obvious more quickly than the woman who's sole goal on being at a dating site is to 'find something wrong' with each and every man.
