I think it's an psychological adiction that smocks on an idea of social interaction -where in fact, you may become anty - social for outside world.
I know how many times a man or talkative women would approach me in a Coffe Shop or anywhere else and at first I give polite respond, offering polite assistence and engaging in a small talk but when stranger can't stop talking...that annoys me to the point that I politely say ' I am busy on the phone' or I look around to run away elsewhere...as I love my 'social life' on the phone, connecting with my real life friends on Facebook or other social media....
Psychological addiction to something - could be like nicotine to smokers.

GregKeegan: 2 hours now and nothing done apart from checking forums, commenting, responding to comments and starting a couple of new threads. This place is addictive but taking up to much time. It is a bit like my Xbox but at least here there is interaction with others, lol :P though I only play Xbox at night unlike in here.
Who else finds they spend more time in here than they possibly should and why do you think that is?

I was always here at the beginning because it was new and just wanted to see what it was all about...plus circumstances meant i had the time to be here.
My time here after the first few months is dwindling...plus im not able to be here all the time either.
Its not healthy to be here all the time as, well you will see all that for yourself.

Thank you, I am enjoying the outlet and conversations that are developing from my threads. I hope to n=be around for a long time too because if I'm not, it means I am to sick to post or already pushing up daisies and I a way to young to be considering that yet. :P

He's not in either of those countries and he is happily married too so, sorry, can't be causing him distractions or temptations even if her were as it would not be fair to the sister in law. :)
