I'm never sure about reflections in mirrors since a friend said to me, as he was looking in the mirror, Quote "I haven't changed a bit in the last 10 years, don't you think" As he thrust an old photo of himself in my hand! His wife was stood close by and rather than embarrass anyone, I just nodded. He oblivious to the 120 plus he'd gained in weight!
