ENTJ here. .yes, they are pretty accurate. most of them. I do use personality types for hiring process, but not as the final “tool”. It is a good “inclination tool”, and it is a useful too if used appropriately .

all personalities are good, Pedro. all these personalities tests should be used as a way to help us understand our strengths and why we reacted in a certain way in a situation. We are not "one type", although some characteristics are.- and we do have a preference for some traits - nothing more, nothing less..
Also, these test are big business. as they are a very strong method of recruitment - easy to "label" a person than to see a bit deeper. We live fast time and it is easier to catalogue "people".
