aries1234: W have too many foreigners in my country, islam blocks , some towns look like a different country now, they are taking over a lot of the English are noving abroad if they can, some poorer people are trapped.
I have heard that Europe is crowded now, by foreigners.....
My ex parents-in-law moved back to the UK now recently...so some r returning....
It is a pity that the quaint towns r losing their original looks.......the UK is beautifull….so green....
deedee123xo: Knowing that you are there is enough of an incentive not to. It's not the immigrants that's the problem it's the natives!!
ah my lovely Irish navvy, You mustn't love me; Englishmen are warned against the Irish cougars. But they say you have muscles in your arms and legs like popeye

What world are you living in that a 39 year old against a 70 year old man is considered a cougar???
Yes, I have......except for the Arctic. It costs a fortune to travel there so I settled on northern Manitoba specifically Churchill which is on Hudson Bay. Even got to see polar bears. It's a somewhat barren landscape but still very beautiful.

Sounds lovely...I've only seen them in pics...Is it very cold in Canada....I have SA people moving there permanently soon where the husband has just had a house built, and the wife is waiting for her daughter to finish university, before moving there...I just hear of lotsa snow.....both in computers....working via the Internet....
Yes, there's snow in the winter.....sometimes a lot, other times not so much. Cold: It depends on what part of the country you live in. Where I live, our winters can get cold (-35C) but, because of the Rocky Mountains, we also get Chinooks (warm winds coming in from the Pacific) and the temperatures can rise to +17C for a few days. The rest of the country doesn't usually experience these fluctuations but, with all the warming trends, our seasons have changed like everywhere else in the world. Some people constantly complain about winter, but there's a lot of outdoor fun to be had!

I've forgotten the city, but it's one of the main ones. His father is in Florida, also in computers passing work to his son. We do work for the same company for the last almost ten years. Thus we r well acquainted .
We just had a cold for SA but short winter here. It started getting warmer on 22 July.
The day after I turned 16, I rolled up a wool blanket, tied the roll to a belt, slung it over my shoulder, hit the road, and lived outdoors for the next 27 years.
I hopped freight trains and hitch-hiked down every Interstate, U.S. Highway, most State Highways, a whole bunch of County roads, and only God knows how many miles of dirt roads...
I hitch-hiked over 33,000 miles with my dog by the time I turned 19, and spent my 19th birthday in Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, and North Dakota.
I stopped counting miles after that, but traveled even more, and kept wandering around the States, Mexico, Canada, and Jamaica, till I was 25.
I've been in all the States except Alaska at least three times. I've been in most of em at least ten times.
By the time I was 25 I lived on the streets of every major city in the U.S.
I also road thousands of miles on a bicycles, explored over 4,000 miles of National Forest Service and BLM logging roads between North Idaho and the California redwoods by motorcycle and car, and canoed almost 6,000 miles in two years while living on uninhabited islands in the U.S. between the Mississippi River and Canada, via New Orleans, Key West, the Hudson River, and the Erie Canal, spending up to 4 days a lot of times anchored in a 17' canoe off shore in the Gulf of Mexico, the Atlantic Ocean, three of the Great Lakes, many of the rivers, and streams between Florida and Michigan, and traveling as far as possible by canoe up irrigation ditches (to avoid hurricanes).
I'm more familiar with America, than most people are in their hometowns.
I lived on the streets of every major city in the continental states, and a whole bunch of small country towns, before coming to Hawaii.
I also hiked into wilderness areas with no supplies except a book titled, Living With Nature in Hawaii, and spent years living off of the land where Hawaiian royaly used to honeymoon, and nobody else was allowed throughout most of the world's history.
After rarely spending more than two weeks anyplace, and usually hitting the road before staying anywhere for six months...
Hawaii is the only place I ever felt at home in my life. I love this island so much, I may never leave it.
