Then those others live with a false sense of security tying outside things and maybe a title to importance....the truth is those things could be gone in a heartbeat and then what?...dunno

Isn't it the financial "league" we are talking about...?
It rarely happens to see two people from the two ends of the spectrum getting on well together...it's rare for them to even meet as they browse different social circles...
It isn't impossible but sooner or later one will get tired of contributing more or struggling to keep up with the other...or will find the other's friends and family too snooty or too rough...
It's one thing to believe your partner is a brilliant person and support them through a hard period of their life and another to drag them along all the time...

to qualify what I meant is that its neither here nor there to me....I don't see it as a plus or a minus as long as we like/love each other and are compatible......cheers

In this country status is often associated with income, that in its turn associated with education. I choose status any time.
