We need #USMCAexit 5 reasons why it is so dangerous
1- It puts USMCA above nation, state law and personal solveigny and no person can sue the USMCA
2- "Supernational Bureaucracy", unelected, just like the EU. That would be greater than USA solveigny, and be unaccountable. USMCA will be a "Living agreement" (just like the EU), which means it can grow, take, stop anything affecting US solveigny.
USMCA must follow chain of command from them to federal, to state, to local.
3- "Law of the sea treaty"
Ties the USA to the UN dictating/mandating.. even what has NOT been rarified by the USA Senate. But the Constitution requires ALL treaties to be approved by the Senate. The USMCA nullifies that, which not only removes solveigny, but we will no longer have USA 'Waters'
4- "The North American Development Bank" requires the USA taxpayers to pay 1.5 million to the bank that ties us with Canada and Mexico. (Originally created in 1994; NAFTA).
Infastructure. Which ties the 3 countries grids together, including ALL the "Smart Systems" (as well as multiple other things).
5- "Open Imigration". Regionalism to implement Globalism. Non citizens (from anywhere in the world) must be protected and have the same rights (as a citizen does), of the country they are currently in.
If ANY industry says it NEEDS Non American workers they have the right to get as many immigrants as they ask for.
"Climate refugees" (just like Germany, who says they need or want 140 million), can claim and gain access into the USA for "asylum"
