Not a very good situation, had to wait three hours because the attending physician was detained at another facility. One patient in ICU was supposedly positive for COVID19 where five months ago he had surgery to cover a bad wound using IntegraTM ( synthetic skin ) and it worsened. Now they're saying it's probably related to the undetected infection at that time and the wound was an early sign in a rare case. I couldn't see the gentleman I was supposed to see in the end, his blood oxygen count was around 54 mm Hg and that's very low. Not really able to talk so I just got the detailed information I needed from the staff. Specialized forms using an infusion method are definitely being tried with combinations of Vitamin D, B-complex, zinc, and even HCQ along with new anti-inflammatory therapies. I'm pretty skeptical vaccines will work for all patients... this infection is way too potent and too easily spread. If the spikes increase again in winter... it won't be pleasant. The American and British vaccines will be safer and so far Chinese versions are failing in general.Hope all went well
