...........Of laughter? – Good for the heart and for the soul.
It is known that a good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes.
Not only does laughter boost your immune system, but it also decreases stress hormones as it triggers the release of endorphins – the body´s natural feel-good chemicals.
Do you laugh every day?
Do you need someone to make you laugh, or..... can you laugh on your own and at yourself?
Can you make other people laugh to cheer them up? (you don´t have to be a clown to do that!)
Also, don´t forget your daily dose of sunshine vitamin (vitamin D)
What was my inspiration to write this some may ask?
I observe amongst friends and acquaintances that, those who have the ability to laugh, are much more centered and adaptable to life and others, who seldom or ever laugh, are much more discontent and do not carry their problems well.
So, see the funny side of life, have a little giggle as often as you can and you will feel much better for it.

As my granny always said “ laugh and the world will laugh with, but cry and you cry alone!” I will find a way to have something to laugh about most days and share it with others, pass on a smile. Now Al as for the sunshine bit, here in Ireland that thing called sun doesn’t visit us much, so we have to find other ways of getting vitamin D Happy Friday

Hello Nule
I like the quote. Very true!
As for the sunshine, well...I realise many countries do not get enough but... Going out in daylight is also good.
When I lived in Germany, many people were depressed during the winter months and had to get their necessary daily ration under special lamps.
I believe the daily requirement is about 1000 lux...and sometimes more.?

I laugh everyday or at least almost everyday.... all depending. I've been minding my own business and all of a sudden something will pop in my head that happened eons ago, it will strike me so funny.... I burst out laughing. People are around me, staring like I've grown 3 heads and that will make it funnier. I've laughed until my stomach hurts, until I cried (you're not the only one, Pedro), I've dribbled a little and until I could not physically laugh anymore. Good times people, good times.

That's nice Tara. I do as well!
At least we don't need someone who makes us laugh...like some write in their profile.
blathin: Ah laughter is lovely alright AI...but really lovely when it's shared with someone else.
Well...assuming it's not me that 's upset then yeh, I'd throw in some sort of funny comment..I'm very good at saying the right thing at the wrong time
Yeah...good job I have a good sense of humour lady Blathin. I've been laughing my head off since reading Pedro's thread. It was really good entertainment.
