Selenite: That sounds super healthy!!!

Those seeds are all known to possess great properties!!

How do you prepare it before eating?
No preparation: I pour kefir in a bowl (ca 250 mg) and add the seeds (ca half of a tea spoon of each kind). All of it bought in a food store. I try to choose "ecological" and "fair trade" though, when possible.

Selenite: Cool one!!
I didn't know it existed in that form...
You can buy malt from health food stores Selenite. Here's another just one of many. You can spread it on toast too.

When I start my kefir going again I might adopt that way of adding the seeds to it … Thanks wave

Tulefell: I eat kefir every day for breakfast with 4 different seeds: sunflower, pumpkin, lin and sesam. Don't make it self though, easier to buy.
Kefir? Is that the white creamy drink that tastes a little like yoghurt Tulefell? If yes then I love it..I love all those seeds on porridge too...yummy..

Selenite: Have you discovered a food or plant that has amazing health properties? How do you use it?
Wheatgrass, I've been using it on and off for gosh...it must be at least ten years now...

If you want to be like a little duracell bunny all day, then have a good blast of it in the morning and you'll be able to go all day...be careful though, start out with a very small amount and build it up slowly or you could have some very ...lets say..*.embarrassing*side effects the next day laugh...

Wheatgrass is just very young shoots of wheat before the gluten's developed in it, so if you have a gluten intolerance it's ok to drink...as far as I know anyway...

Jameson and coke does wonders for the spirits too..makes you very happy, very happy indeed.. grin laugh

Yeh start with say just a half level teaspoon for the first few days, up it to a full teaspoon then build up to as much as you like...from a couple of teaspoons to a tablespoon...

It's not a buzz you'll really feel or notice, it's more like this low level burn that keeps you going and going and going all day. Take it first thing in the morning because if you take it later in the day you'll never get sleep that night.

Ps. not all brands are good, some smell and taste like a slurry pit. Lifestream is my go to brand...It's a strong taste at first so I used real orange juice as a mixer, now I can drink it using just water..you will gag at first though lol...so hold your nose Sel..laugh
