There are a lot of fugitives from safe countries coming here, and usually they have no chance to get a permit to stay here forever, and then they start plundering, raping and other things.
Somehow most of these people are from Morocco, and if we want to send them back, Morocco refuses to coöperate. Well, I knew that for a long time.
The new thing I heard was that if they go back on their own free will, there's no problem.
