The Hollies was the first band I ever liked and still like them, The Police, Terence Trent d'Arby, Talk Talt, The Cure, Level 42, Duran duran, Soft cell, to name a few. But hardrock/metal always will be my fav. With Alice Cooper as the greatest of them all. Even with his second band The Hollywood vampires (also featuring Johnny Depp and Joe Perry).
Yesterday I got a 5-cd box of the Hollies and a cd of Ryan Roxie (Guitarplayer Alice Cooper) in my mailbox.

I had to stop listening to rock music in the car years ago... I would often push the limits with speed when it was playing... taking corners fast and just enjoying the ride. Strange- the constabulary rarely agreed that it was a good reason to get a fine. Still got other music here, still buy other music too.
