TheDino: Good mornin' Abigail.. "At each other?" Hmmm Obviously you have never heard of Dino's love shack, Ireland's answer to the traditional harem, but with added pleasures..

That version is class, can't see this video you posted though.. I'm waking up the neighbours with one..
A love shack? This sounds like a fantasy, rather than reality. Well unless you are offering eunuchs to intrigue the ladies in your absence. Added pleasures? It's like applying for a job to ask what the benefits incorporate.

I loved this video you shared, so much that I watched it a few times. Rig the jig has different artists? I found this one and I really enjoyed this as well.

Abagail: It's been called worse? People don't understand your needs?

I like the song lyrics-

"Sign says, woo, stay away fools
'Cause love rules at the love shack
Well it's set way back in the middle of a field
Just a funky old shack and I gotta get back
Glitter on the mattress
Glitter on the highway
Glitter on the front porch
Glitter on the hallway'

I liked that song you just shared... but I thought I might opt to share a mellow one that I have no doubt you have heard.
I'll not say what it's been called on such a beautiful..wink

Yes I was listening to this one earlier too, hard to beat a bit Van the Man on a sunny day in Belfast, he's from my side of town..tip hat

I am a bit of a fan of Van Morrison... you could listen to him for days and not tire of his work.

What are your plans for the weekend, Dino?

hmmm... Odd, I can't imagine you leaving anything out... particularly not 'joy'. grin

Thank you, I enjoyed the Waterboys track Their lyrics always seem to speak of experiences.

Another artist I was introduced to recently--

It would be nice to catch up with people...so I am sure you will enjoy your weekend. Good weather in Ireland? Did it get to 25C? laugh

This weekend is just getting me ready for some changes I am about to make in life... I am just biding time and cleaning up ready for those. Thus the reason I have been on here so much lately.

Abagail: Have you always had an interest in metal? Do you branch out to other music as well? I have a friend in New South who loves metal, so occasionally I like to send him a James Blunt song... it makes him cry... makes me laugh...so clearly it's worth it.
Well, I loved rockmusic, always, it wasn't till I got about 11 I think when my brother came home with some metal records, and I was sold to the devil
Still got other music here, still buy other music too. The Hollies was the first band I ever liked and still like them, The Police, Terence Trent d'Arby, Talk Talt, The Cure, Level 42, Duran duran, Soft cell, to name a few. But hardrock/metal always will be my fav. With Alice Cooper as the greatest of them all. Even with his second band The Hollywood vampires (also featuring Johnny Depp and Joe Perry).
Yesterday I got a 5-cd box of the Hollies and a cd of Ryan Roxie (Guitarplayer Alice Cooper) in my mailbox.

I had to stop listening to rock music in the car years ago... I would often push the limits with speed when it was playing... taking corners fast and just enjoying the ride. Strange- the constabulary rarely agreed that it was a good reason to get a fine. dunno

I really enjoyed your choice of song.

"For all of our languages, we can't communicate. For all of our native tongues, we are all natives here. Sons of their fathers dream the same dream." smitten

He is amazing... so beautiful.

I discovered this artist a few years ago... I really like her voice. It's very mellow though after all the rock on here.

Yes class Paolo is, that was a song by an Irish artist called Christy Moore, another great in my collection.. Ain't nothin' wrong with a bit of mellow Abigail..wink Have a great week..bouquet

*This song is about Patsy O Hara [July 1957 – 21 May 1981] who died on hunger strike in 1981 in Long Kesh prison just outside Belfast...sad flower

That's sad ... but he lived his beliefs...so few of us ever really get to do that. The Irish are so passionate - he was shot at the age of 14. Awful stuff.

Thank you for sharing this.
