My friend had a cat that was deaf and it didn't bother the thing one bit.

If I were blind, I would still have music..
If I were deaf I would still have art...that's a tough one...but nobody with those ailments were able to have a choice between the two..
And then again, a lot of people with sight can see very little and a lot of people who hear fine miss what is being said...what a quandary

Tough one, especially since I’m a folk musician. If I HAD to pick, I would want to be able to see. So many more of life’s compromises if one is unable to see— difficult to get around, more dangers, etc...however, I’m continually thanking God for my relatively good health. Long long story, but I’ve survived a journey the majority do not. Trust me...Halleluia to the end of universe and time. Thank God Thank God Thank God. I don’t know why He chose me to live, and live well, but He did.

it is tough one ,I also love music, sound of the birds in the morning, sound of the beach, and the wind, but I think it would frighten me more to be blind, so I would prefer to see aswell.------ This thread is Archived ------
