Selenite: Impossible to have a conversation with men who assume that because you're a woman, everything that comes out of your mouth is either a lie or manipulation or you're 'after something' other than their company ...
Their beliefs are not all the result of personal experience but as you say the result of what the media 'tells them to think' ...
How much weight do we want the media to have in our life? How long do we want to allow them to tell us what to think? Not just about relationships either!!
Don't worry Selenite because trust me, a "total and swift reform" is on its way to amend all the things that have gone wrong in the last hundred years or so. I just pray and hope that you live to see the "drastic" changes. There indeed have been some "cosmetic progresses", but unfortunately, such progresses have taken a toll on the core values of our humanity and the societies as a whole.

We are living in A feminised society...where men are held back massively and women are gift wrapped everything they want...a society were women claim victimhood and get away with just about anything...a society were straight white men are demonised and hated on by media...a society were women can abort/murder a human baby life...without a care in the world and without the father of the babies consent...a society were women can write killallmen hashtags and celebrate it...a society were feminists have so much political power, that evil man hating mobs..like metoo are created to destroy innocent men...still wealth from men...steal mens jobs and destroy mens reputations...a society were family courts take men to the cleaners...take away mens wealth...home and children...even when the wife has cheated and destroyed the family....A society were single mothers are a epidemic and sold family units are just about dead...this is not progress at all and never has it been a worse time for men in the dating world...
