Boris is a brainy man in most things but he has a closed mind to others. I just hope (and i think he will) truly realize mistakes have been made. I reckon yes he wanted to say thanks to everyone because of the hard work thats been put in over Brexit, and then covid.
I personnely cannot see anyone with enough charisma (as that is needed too) to take his place
Perhaps karisma is not what is required anymore.
