If they go round annoying people in the real world then they should expect no less. I am only prepared to expose myself to metaphorical kicks in the goolies. I'm not stupid enough to be this big a nob head within physical reach of anybody.

The inexhaustible wisdom of negativity. Everything ... yes everything, is in your mind, no where else. The accolades that you think you need in order to feel appreciated are there, the rewards for making an effort are all in you. That is your responsibility.
There's a reason it is called self esteem. Other esteem is called codependency which generally leads to dissatisfaction or worse when others don't prop us up.
