My stomach will not imagine it's full, when I puked out all...
But methinks I will prefer to starve...or just eat the bread alone, as I don't believe much in Protein any way...
I get mine from Cheese / Milk and the occasional egg...

That was a popular sandwich when I was stationed on Kodiak Island. They helped us adjust to something similar beforehand... like eating mushroom or mashed potato sandwiches. And we had to shout "Oorah" before each bite.
