michaelright: I doubt it is ,,if so it must be a very minor sin ,,,but maybe a little sin if you accuse them in the wrong,,,,
But the act of accusing someone of 'sinning' places them in a religious concept. It almost doesn't matter what they're being accused of. To call it a sin detracts from the actual 'actions' and takes the focus onto the fact religion considers it to be something 'bad'. Of course the answer can be 'I'm not religious therefore what I've done is not a 'sin' ie not something 'bad' ...

Right or wrong the focus of the conversation should be the action that felt unacceptable to someone whether religion considers it a 'sin or not. May be ...

Ok.... not pleasant when at the receiving end ...

Some of it is a matter of perception/perspective though ... people who 'cheat others' think they're clever and the people they cheat are 'stupid/ needy/greedy' ... and the people who try to bully others think they're strong and those who allow themselves to be bullied are 'weak' ... but they obviously see no wrong in 'taking advantage of people' dunno

So is the 'sin/bad egg action' in the intention to harm 'someone weaker'?

In Christianity, sin is an immoral act considered to be a transgression of divine law. The doctrine of sin is central to the Christian faith since its basic message is about redemption in Christ.
According to this definition found on google, anyone who is not a Christian would not be able to measure what would constitute a 'transgression of divine law' and would not be able to redeem themselve in Christ.
It's not about perfection V imperfection.
It's about a definition of sin that does not apply universally worldwide...

Track16: I might have sinned a time or two
The bible gives us some guidance on sin, for example the 10 commandments.
Perhaps one of the bases of our laws and general living.
