How can you know spot a narcissist and how do you protect yourself against one?
I guess my best shot at nailing a narcissist online is when they begin abusive rhetoric because you have a different view or thought than they do. Peace, my dear---my beloved friend who passed spent seven weeks in Kenya before she died. She took a hot-air balloon cruise over the savanna, and went on safari, etc....I've always been thankful she got to do this. How can you know spot a narcissist and how do you protect yourself against one?

I think we all got some kind of narcissistic
tendency in us, but you got some that take
it to the extreme, I usually smile and have positive energy, cause they not gone run my pressure up

Sense you said online, then you can block them to, you don't have to deal with them, or don't respond

Reading from above ….Oh boy … I had an encounter with one years ago – she wore a mask and fell off. Issues somewhere down the line or childhood. Excused myself and never went back. They can’t be cured from what I read!

I believe there are ways of spotting them;Love bombing is the most obvious trait, they are 'in love' with themselves, they feel superior and better than everyone else, they dominate chats etc. You will obviously feel that there's something odd about them.
Also, a very active social media with many admirers is a pointer.
