Depends on the alcohol content.
I am not certain about 2023, but Chilean wine did NOT have any Chernobyl radiation.
When I drank we would buy this cheap gallon of Sangria for like 5usd.
But I pretty much drank everything so I can not really judge.
When I had the money I would but Guinness stout or some import beer.
That was before the micro brew stuff.

Dude I drank for effect, not flavor.
Oddly I was a drunk but not an alcoholic. I never woke up needing a drink, but once I started it was hard to stop.
I had many nights of beer, joint, cigarette, repeat sequence until I passed out.
I did it no need to lie or present myself as anything other than what I really was.
Once I stopped I never had the desire for any of those again.
Legal weed makes me dizzy. I guess it happens to a lot of people.
I keep looking for Xanax trade off but Xanax actually addresses other issues than anxiety like Tinnitus and Vertigo.
Oh well.
Not part of your topic except tangentially.
So I will leave you with this

A Book of Verses underneath the Bough,
A Jug of Wine, A Loaf of Bread—and Thou
Beside me singing in the Wilderness—
Oh, Wilderness were Paradise enow! "

What is Spodiodi wine?
Kerouac On The Road (1972) 185: A coloured guy called Walter who ordered drinks and said, 'Wine-spodiodi! ' which was a shot of port wine, a shot of whiskey and a shot of port wine.
