What do you do when you get angry?
How do you express your anger?
by saying bad words, by arguing, by scuffling, by insulting, or by some other way?
What do you do to calm your anger?

Recognise you have anger, try to work out why, be aware it will not help you or those around you in any way, know you can rise above it.
This is basic anger management, it gets easier each time you use it.

I go to the beach, then try to discuss the problem.

The one and only time I ever got really, really angry, was when I was 17 years old. My older sister had a habit of always annoying me, I never let it get to me much, but one afternoon, I had enough. I was so angry, that I "head locked" her and was choking her. I remember that I was so angry, that tears were rolling down my cheeks.

Luckily for us both, our mom came home and saw the situation, she went down on her knees and started praying, seeing this, somehow made me release my sister. After that, my mom told me that if ever again in life, I get so angry, count to 10, if I can, continue counting, but if ever I realise that I can't reach 10, just walk away. It doesn't mean that I'm a coward.

A few times over the years, I've gotten angry, sometimes I have managed to count to 10, but whether or not I managed to finish counting, I always walked away. I know my limit when it comes to anger, and never, ever again want to be in the same situation as I was when I was 17.
