That which changes with a few effort is a habit (except drug addiction) and that which does not change even after a lot of effort is nature.

Habit is located at the conscious/subconscious level of the brain, so it is easy to change. Whereas nature is located at the unconscious level of the brain, so it is very difficult to change.
To change nature you have to reach the unconscious level of the brain. There are some spiritual meditation practices to reach the unconscious level.

When consciously tell our self not to do something and recognize what your about to do ( Power of Suggestion}will break the habit along with Will Power Nature is an other dimension which may be reached by meditation for some but I have no desire to change my nature but I do meditate when I am out for my nature walk around the lake laugh
