Don't like to drink it, but make some the experts call excellent (and then buy out every bottle LOL). They have shown me what fingers and cascading is, but what the heck are nodes???

I'll have a glass to that!

I don't have a favorite red, but as for white - pinot blanc

That said I do enjoy fruit wines also and missouri & illinois make some fine ones. A favorite of mine from MO. is a cherry by Hermannhof, Augusta makes a fine raspberry.

From Il. Owl Creek has a very fine white table wine, that's what it's called.

peace

Wonderful stuff...my main alco-drink of choice. Love my reds (Pinot Noir, Ruby Cabernet, Merlot), but recently found an amazing white - and it was a Reisling! Medium dry by Lindemanns...sensational...lots of melon and buttery aftertaste. wine

peace
