Gads with this weather here, from rain and cool to hot and steamy, sleep has been next to nill. I mean the last five days, I have had maybe 5 hourfs sleep? And nothing works.... I could use some pointers on this too. I even had 2 glasses of port last night, more than I usually allow myself.

Every time I remember to use this it works like a charm: picture the inside of your head filled with deep dark black velvet. Every time a thought or feeling tries to push through wrap it in the black. Once you get the the black perfect...well I always wake up the next morning so I am not exactly clear on what happens. Warm milk and a turkey sandwich are full of natural tryptophan which encourages sleep as well, not everyone wants to try imagining the dark.
I have a king size pillow and a body pillow. When I just cannot fall asleep I curle up with my body pillow that has a male colone smell and it seems to work 50% of the time.
One thing that helps me sometimes is listening to a cd that has Thunderstorms recoreded to it. It helps me relax. Try listening to some of your favorite music once.
I read that going to bed with wet socks on helps. Failing that drink or heroin. But seriously the wet socks is meant to work.....dunno how or why though..
