Does not surprise me, even if she had served time, she would have received preferential treatment which is the case for most celebrities. Which brings to mind the question...What in hell makes her a celebrity? Is the fact that someone has money enough to put her on a pedestalscold I for one am tired of people who make tons of money getting away with their criminal behaviour. But then again we are responsbile for their halo, we pay to watch them play sports, we pay to watch their movies and we keep feeding their ego and I don't understand whydunno

ha! I knew she would get out early! she is so soft! i wouldn't be surprised if her medical condition included depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts, even self-mutilation... its often the sort of things that daddys little-girls do when they realise they are in the shizz, attention seeking techniques... i doubt she will learn anything from this experience, just how not to get caught in the future...help crying crying

Local radio personalities have made a prediction that Paris will find a way to violate the house arrest and end up in even more trouble. We shall see!

Agreed that she has no real entertainment talents except in the reality show era. That personality is one that gravitates attention of others, doing things like "accidental" public and all that other stuff

I am very professor IMPRESSED! conversing Glad you people got up in arms about her release and the judge demanded her to show up.

I mean what a nerve she has to say she would RATHER devil phone devil into court.

She wasnt shy when driving without a license drinking and being filmed, so why now be shy about having to turn up in court.

Besides she used the media to her advantage ALL the time - so now she gets whats she asked for.wine

You shouldnt play with matches in the outback if you are affraid of getting ingulfed by a bushfire...professor

Paris Hilton was ordered to appear before the judge who originally sentenced her. She has been ordered to return to confinement, however lawyers hired by her family are appealing the judges' decision. Most likely the decision made by the judge will stand unless an appeal is won. There has been reports that the reason why Paris was released is because she was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Whereas that may be true the correctional departments always have available a psychiatrist to evaluate an inmate. If need be a person with psychiatric or mental problems will be closely monitored. People are outraged that Paris was given special treatment because of her status. There are numerous women in prison who don't have the means to hire top notch legal teams, nor can they be kept separate from the general prison population because of who they are. The saga continues, can't wait to see how this one ends! The news media is going crazy here, it is insanewow

She may also be required to serve out the original sentence.

I applaud the judge in this case.

As I said on another site, she should be given a choice, either spend her time in jail, or house arrest with 1000 hours CS of working in a sewage treatment plant...

Sounds fair to me.

She might as well do something of social value. Nurse elderly for ONE MONTH in an old peoples home for the poor.

WITHOUT TV, CAMERAS, CELL.

Sleep in nurses quarters, having a 8 our shift, eating in the staff canteen! thumbs up
