Well since no one is coughing up details, I will be the first but don't tell anyone
A couple of years ago at Christmas, I only had one present under the tree for my son (age 24). I don't like to waste money on gifts just for the sake of quantity and I was at a loss as to what else to get him.
I thought long and hard for other items he might want - the only thing I KNEW he would want was marijuana. This was no easy task as I don't smoke and didn't know how to get any.
To make a long story short, he still chuckles about that Christmas to this day. Not because of what he got but that his mother got it for him, he knows I don't really approve.
If my mother ever found this out she would disown me

okay, I will make a confession....I put a joint in my son-in-law's
Christmas card along with money. I don't buy it but I knew someone who smoked it at the time. My son-in-law and daughter thought I could never smell or tell that which I knew very well, they would never admit it to me. I think I shocked them both when it fell out of the card. They were both a little embarrassed and all my daughter could do was laugh. But then they knew I knew and was tired of being lied to about it.
