Here in the Ohio, the sell these tablets called "chasers". You're supposed to take them before you drink, and they're supposed to prevent hangovers. I haven't used them, but a couple friends say they work. I meant to give them a shot, but i always forget. There's also a energy type drink called "hair of the dog" that's supposed to help the morning after. I took one sip, and threw it out. I'd rather drink gasoline and piss on a campfire, very disgusting indead.
As for anything else, plenty of water/ ibuprophen/ and sleep.
