I read this one in a book once. If it is a migraine headache, m**turbation was suggested. As far as the woman that wrote the book stated it works and it is free and doesn't require a presciption. I had a really bad pain in the neck once and it gave me the most hellacious headache I have ever known. I got a divorce and the headache is all gone. I feel so much better now.
Well, Paracetamol is just acetaminophen or Tylenol here in the States. It's not very strong. Plus taken a lot of it is not good for your gut. Here they give Oxycontin for chronic migranes but I definitely do not recommend that route. Have you changed your caffeine intake lately? You might want to stay away from it for seveal days and see if that makes a difference.
I know this might sound silly but it actually works... I had learned this in Head and Neck Anatomy course while going through Dental College.
Close your eyes and let your body totally relax. Have someone lift one of your hands and squeeze firmly the muscle between your thumb and your index finger and hold it for 10 seconds while you take a slow deep breath through your nose and exhale very slow through your mouth. Wait 5 seconds and repeat the procedure. It usually takes 3 times.
