Why is it that in a country where we live by freedom of speech, you can be thrown off of a website such as this one for having fun with words? If people are offended by dirty talking or any other form of expression why dont they just leave the thread and let everyone else enjoy?
My response was in regard to this part of his question: If people are offended by dirty talking or any other form of expression why dont they just leave the thread and let everyone else enjoy?
Because this website is not run by the U.S. government or protected by the first amendment. It is a private members only site governed by the rules posted at the top of the page. One of wich is they can boot you whenever they want.
seems to me daniel and luscious made the same response and the OP is the one that doesnt understand?
this IS NOT A GOVERNMENT OWNED SITE if it were maaaaybe the freedom of speech rule would be more aligned with what you think it means to have such freedoms
however this is a privately owned site with rules to be here clearly posted this is capitalism-another american "right"
its like a restaurant posting a sign saying no shirt no shoes no service or a menu saying no substitutions
that is capitalism that america so embraces- it means an owner of a business or service may operate within the law and set their own policies and consumers have the right to engage with them or not
pretty simple-its the basis of capitalism
i dunno who you are but why if it was so important to be here arent you glad to be back? people should leave the thread? why?? mods will look to judge adherence to rules regardless..? if this was a nightclub and you were bounced out and returned thru the backdoor you could be subject to arrest at best and a beating at worst...
enuf with the american sense of entitlement! its an absolute embarrassment! rules, like laws and inalienable rights are sposed to apply to all.
