You know me, and what I'm about to ask....send flowers or mails.........no, it's not all about me. I just feel terrible. We Canadians tend to hybernate during winter. When the first sign of spring appears, we celebrate, usually with beer, brandy, scotch, wine, vodka, almost anything that we can put in a glass (No not that, take your mind out of the gutter) LJ

I had a wicked one yesterday, I just drank lots of water, and took a couple of pills. I had three hours of sleep, because my youngest brother was in town for a sports event, and decided to call his older sis, at 8 am, even though she only got home at 5 am. So I had the worst headache, and a major hangover... it was gone by mid- day, and I was good to go. So just water and pills does it for me. Maybe some fresh air too...

what seemed to work for me when i was drinking was pedialite!! not the best tasting stuff but did wonders within an hour or so..

I know in Russia ... they use pills made of some sort of charcoal, works 100%. You know ..you can trust Russians on that lol

Marina, I've tried charcoal, doesn't work. I usually watch some mindless TV show and eat carbohydrates. Pepsi helps for a few minutes. Self loathing is the worst part. It all seemed like so much fun last night....can't remember why though. LJO
