2007 has been a good year. A hard year with many changes as an end to a 20 year marriage, start of a new life, home, world for me. How about you?yay

Yep it's been a good year for me in many ways..

I notice now, every year that passes is better for me than the one before.

2007 has been an amazingly interesting year....
Left Greece in June, went home to the U.S. to see my sons, other family, and friends...went to Afghanistan...got offered another position back here in Greece, accepted with joy, am now back amongst friends and with a great new boss who is giving me tremendous new responsibilities, opportunities, and challenges. It's been a good year. But, oh my God, where HAS it gone so fast???

I'll give you the cliff notes:

in order to get to 2007~
Robbery in Baltimore
Katrina in New Orleans
Another house robbery
Ophelia In Nc
Rita in Texas
...suck city...
since then~
small tornado in Chi-town
2 tornadoes in Jonesboro, Ga
...after being homeless for 2 1/2 years, still really broke
still haven't recovered from losing everything.
Finally manage to buy scooter & it get stolen two months later
ready to throw in the towel...

met the man of my dreams, my knight in shinning armor, my superman.
It was hell getting this far, granted...
but next year will be my Karma year.
