omans02: of course, she is free to work, I don't need a housewife or housepartner, too boring, the question is, should'nt a woman know how to add salt to water?

That's easily turned around... how many men have to call a plumber or an electrician for every little thing that goes wrong in the house, how many men have to take their car to the service station to get the oil and filter changed? My dad does all these things, just as my mother cooks and takes care of the house.

If I insisted that a man be able to do the "men's" things I'd be waiting a very long time to find a mate as I'm sure you will be if you stick to that attitude.

By the way... who last changed the oil and filter in your car?

omans02: "useful" in the sense of putting recipe together to make a meal worth eating, It must not necessarily be the most delicious food or meal on earth, but consumable. I earth out, but I prefer my kitchen more, can't u get it?
Not what your title say's but not a problem, just gave my opinion as is my right, my answer was to the topic not personally to you . wine

I could fill the page with a load of garbage . Such as who has what duties in the home. Whats the point if you have a equal partnership you work together one partner might prefer to cook another to clean up it should not depend on gender.

I didn't say this was my attitude, it's yours but in a woman rather than a man, I'm sensible enough in this day and age not to hold people to traditional roles. The fact that you happen to be employed in the service that I referred to doesn't change the point of the argument, it was merely an example, if you're to ignorant to realize that I'm not going to beat my head against a brick wall trying to make you understand.

As far as your "magic wand" maybe it's long enough for you to use on yourself... which would be my suggestion, as I have no interest in it.

as the devils eye, i bet u can fill everywhere on cs with garbage.

sure, i'm not against working together, but is it not crucial that a woman should know how to cook? I don't expect her to be my maid, I'm doing my best in cooking, a woman that thinks that is she goes on kitchen strike will freak me out is making a big mistake, But can't stand the fact that all cooking responsibilities are on me, and me aloneconversing conversing

hmmm, I guess I am lucky, I do know how to cook, but a recent ex of mine, loved to cook for me.... we'd take turns. And, he is handy with the car stuff, and things around the house... His motto "why pay someone one else to do what you can do yourself', and I like to add, "if you dont know how to do it, google can teach you".

surprise with candle light are special occassion issues, but its does matter who has the cooking responsibility, I would rather prefer to apply the responsibility and delegation formula.

Isn't it amazing what a little word like "if" does to a sentence?

I agree that a man should be handy around the house, but in a situation where I do all the cooking everyday in and out is maiming.rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

Thought I should re-post using your post, just in case you have a hard time understanding it out of context.
