(Utopia Books)

Interference, Intransigence and Incompetence: A Guide to teaching Business English
in Russia

English for Russian Students: A Guide to the Teaching of English Without Using English

Don't Talk! Conjugate! - A new non-communicative approach to language learning

How to Learn English Without Attending Classes: A new non-attendance approach.

Teacher-Student Classroom Interaction and the Japanese Student

How to keep Your Students Awake in Class: A handbook for summer school teachers

wave Greetings to you JAN! Make lots of notes during their non-attendance - and then write the book! Your titles sound fascinating! For sure, if I saw a book like that, would buy it for some good reading laughs........head banger

If they ever got around to attending classes, you could always throw the book at them

Hi Carol, hi Smoky!

Actually my own students do attend so I can't write my book during class time!

Some of my teachers are having problems with student attendance and I have to get to the bottom of it with a little bit of this idea a bit of this typing and maybe a lot of this boxing

laugh So did I till I felt for pastures new!!!

Sign of a great teacher ...

The students get upset if they CAN'T attend his/her class !!! applause So well done for having students that DO attend your classes Jan!!! applause As for your teachers ... confused may be they need to be made to sit through one of their own classes so they know "what they would do different" to keep the students keen dunno Although sometimes it's the personnality of the teacher that keeps the students coming for more ... and there is little that can to done to change someone's personnality ... dunno
