Ooo pop it on some tin foil.. sprinkle on some herbs.. a leeetle salt.. ground black pepper (not the powder crap).. teeeeeny bit of butter.. fold it up (the foil.. not the salmon lol).. and pop it under the grill for 10mins... maybe have it with some niiiiice fresh bread and butter.

Claayer: Jamie opened a restaurant near me in Cornwall called 15 .. VERY tasty food.. TEENY portions.. all a' la carte stuff..
Also here (well in the UK) he had a BIG healthy food campaign going.
Anywayy we ate at 15 a while ago.. paid the bill... :: chokes :: ready? 220 english pounds! (no pound sign on this keyboard lol).. but thats about $400 USA dollars!..
anyway... I emailed Jamie about it later.. because after eating at his super healthy place.. paying a HUGE bill.. we HAD to go and spend another 20 at McDonalds.. because we were soooo hungry!
He never replied to me.

will try that next time (what kinda herbs btw?) ..... though just decided again I'm not a huge salmon fan
prefer the black sole I did last night baked on a bed of sauteed leeks and garlic with wine white 
just like to try to eat as much fresh fish as I can when I get to the market ... dont eat meat otherwise so feel it balances things
