I am 30 and people want to see me get married.....yesterday I saw this program on TV about biological clock and some women spoke abt getting married early and having kids soon......
Is this clock only for women or men should also keep an eye on it?

Nowadays the so called biological clock can be tricked or stretched if you will, by leading healthier lives and diets, taking vitamins, exercising regularly; we maintain ourselves looking and feeling good, and even for women who postpone having children it can be done later on in life, as long as you have enough stamina to run around after them...

Then Why donnu give some specifis like specific food. work out regime, work schedules if it would be good to work long hours in teenage/ youth days? etc....
