I've seen a real angel...

I see him on a regular basis actually, he's the baker....

as for lepricorns... no.. I haven't seen any

fairy? yes... my daughter is one but can't fly yet...

a ghost? yep.... I know one.... nice driver

and as for something that strangely moves by itself... it has to be chocolate.... it keeps dissapearing

I am repeating myself here .... told this story on another thread a while back... But here goes again.....

My brother saw someone that no-one else saw at the time. He came to tell me about it the next day as he was realy confused. He said a friend, her boyfriend, and another man arrived at his house to visit. He, his wife, and the three visitors were all going to sit out on the patio and as there were only 4 chairs around the table he went to fetch an extra one. This other person sat in it. My brother described his clothing and appearance in detail, saying he was a "clean cut looking person and well dressed in a casual way" and he even remembered small details of his shoes, shirt, his hair, etc.

They eventually left, driving off .... and my brother remarked to his wife about this other person saying he did not remember his name. His wife said there were only the TWO people, their female friend and her boyfriend. That evening he phoned this friend and asked who was the other person with them. She said only her and her boyfriend had come to visit.

He told me he felt something very good off this other person, but he was highly agitated about it, being a strictly non spiritual and practical down to earth type of "rough" person..... saying he definitely did not imagine this!

He and I often spoke about his phenomenon .... and eventually came to the conclusion that this "being" could possibly - and he felt comfortable with this explanation - have been their baby son who had died when he was 2yrs old ..... the time-span would have made him about the correct age.....That was our only possible surmise for this.

Anyway, my brother is dead now, too, so maybe he has been able to verify what that was about...(?)

Ah ha! I just remembered another freaky story to tell you guys!......

I once lived on a farm outside Plettenberg Bay in SA. The main road ran thru the farm, so it was divided, with all the farm buildings on one side, and just grazing land on the other. The farm was always bathed in mist at night. There were many car accidents on this stretch of the main road - and all of them were because the car had swerved to miss a person in the road, in the mist, but no person was ever found who could be responsible. So the story of a phantom became popular and locals kept a wary eye out for it.

In the time I was there with my family there were never ending catastrophes ..... The water tower collapsed one day, for no reason that could be found. A new one was erected. It fell over on its side. A big tree fell over and squashed a workers house (lucky it was vacant at the time).

The electricity kept going off - repeatedly, the electricity supply company sent in a team to try and track the problem, they inspected the entire line going thru valleys and over hills ... and could find NO fault, yet the electricity kept failing at crucial times.

Then the Bull got out of his pen! and ran amock, trampling a visitors car, and then charging the main house where the farm owner and his guests were eating dinner, it got into their house - they managed to escape down the passage and into the bathroom - the bull got stuck in a doorway, was eventually darted (it had cost the farmer an absolute fortune so no way was he going to shoot it!).

One morning, not a single vehicle on the property would start ... this meant ALL the milk delivery trucks, the owners Mercedes, his wifes bakkie, and our car! Even the farm motor-bikes would not start!

The owners young son was found dead in the bath - with no cause.

We had a humungous wild black cat that terrorised us .... getting into our cottage at night and screaming at and attacking my cat - until we managed to shoot it - it gyrated all over the lounge spraying everything with its blood before dying.

Then a swarm of bees entered our cottage, like a nightmare from Hitchcocks "Birds" .... they surrounded the entire house, banging on the windows, and settled into the cavities of the wood walls. After the kids kept getting bees in their beds we had to destroy them, it took 7 hours to smoke them out!

One day, in the town, talking to a shop-owner, I was told that our particular farm was the site of an ancient Witch Coven, and that bad things were always happening there. Although the site of the Coven had been sold off to private ownership, it was originally part of the estate.

When my youngest son developed breathing problems from the perpetual mist and dampness we moved back to the East Coast.

A few months later we read in the news that the owner had been shot. His wife sold the farm.

End of story.

Oh, I forgot ... my own cat died there too, she got billiary that destroyed her kidneys.

I always remember that year as One Big Catastrophe!
