Tis true, fresh fish aint as fresh as when it just came out the water. I,m sure a lot of so called fresh fish has been previously frozen then defrosted for sale.

I love all food with a very strong preferance for Spanish and Italian, tho I do like Indian, Japanese and French, and of course English. Basically as long as its high quality and tastes good that,s good enough for me. Do have a particular soft spot for solomillo Iberico (Iberian sirloin) which is excellent, especially with a glass of Rioja, esp ribera del duero.thumbs up

smoky: Soooo ... plants do the best job of re-cycling ... better than factories! Look at wet-lands ... how the plants clean the water?! Thats the newest in swimming pools too - to have a "natural" pool, no chemicals ... just appropriate plants!

Nature is a lot more clever than we give it credit for. Did you know that animals are too. For example elephants don,t have any health centre or hospital or vet when they get ill. But they know what to do with certain types of disorder. They go to a cave and lick the walls cause they know that doing so will cure them of a particular ailment. I think there are curative minerals in the cave wall surface. Amazing.thumbs up
