I have taught women how to shoot and how to carry concealed so that it's truly concealed...and not in a purse, and why not
I love almost all music, but tend to draw the line at rap and anything that grates on my nerves...though I do love heavy metal and hard rock
I definitely believe in the paranormal...um, to me it's normal
I love it here on the forums...I've made many wonderful friends, and have had a blast through some of the loneliest times of my life. I thank you all for that.
I rarely watch TV, and when I do, it's mainly HGTV. (They've moved most of the channels on me, so I can't find some of my other favorites now. And that's not paranoia...that's the local cable company. )
I got to meet Dr. Hook in person and talk to him the whole way from Tuscon, AZ to Boston, MA when I was returning home on leave in the Army...and then got to party with him and his band after his concert...all for my 19th birthday! Best birthday ever.
After the above, I was so wasted, I went skinny dipping at Hampton Beach, NH...thankfully, my birthday's in the summer!
I survived a car accident at 16 that should have decapitated me...10 days after I got my driver's license. I was the only car involved.

My nephew was an artist. He did one of a guy shooting himself in the head -- he comes home one day with a bunch of t-shirts he'd had made with this. His mom freaked out - said some kid will kill himself and you'll get sued for giving them the idea! Unfortunately, my nephew died very shortly after that.
