I think most of us washed up on these shores looking for mr/ms right but were pleasantly surprised to some good friends to share the waiting time with. Even if I did start a relationship with somebody now I would like him to understand that I dont want to stop communicating with my friends on here and if he couldnt trust me then it would be adios amigo

There have been a few that I know of that met here on the forums and have become couples. There are 2 or 3 that I know that have gotten married. It's about putting yourself out there and being you. Letting people get to know who you are. A profile only says so much, the forums are a way of interacting with other people.
For instance a persons profile may say that they are outgoing and very people oriented, understanding, open minded etc...Yet you put them in the forums and they are far from open minded and could care less about other peoples feelings.
It's about looking at both sides of the coin rather than just one side of it.
