I lost myself right after I was first married and stayed lost for 25 years. After he left, I went looking for me in the last place I had been seen, but I wasn't there. I don't understand 
I dropped bread crumbs so I would be able to find my way back, but someone must have swept them away. Now I am wandering aimlessly searching for me. If you see me hanging around anywhere, please point me in the right direction...PLEASSSSSE.

This reminds me of an answering message I had on my voice mail a few years back:

Claayer: But yep.. I did lose myself for a long time.. I got buried somewhere horrible. Somewhere I would never want to go again.. well, somewhere I WILL never go again.
I lost myself for a time, too. But I found me again years ago. No one will ever suppress my spirit again.

Usually we don't find the same person.. but more often than not, it's a better one. A wiser one at least.

JuleeBeth: I took about 4 years off of dating so I could work on my "inside." I had a lot of guilt over the failing divorce and my heart just wasn't into dating. I took time off, did some reading, and put myself 1st once! I feel so much better about myself, and my life, that I am dating again.
Yeah I am in the process of changing some things for me too.. I have a 12mth plan .. of self improvement.

Thankyou Ship .. but i wish i had done it earlier.
Sometimes its so difficult to figure out why we know whats right but fail to follow it .. its there in our mind and heart .. a little voice telling you everyday whats right but you dont have the courage or just dont get to living up to it.
