It was a horror movie I saw years ago on Elvira's show.
The name was "The Thing In The Cellar" and the monster was a beach ball with Airdale hair glued to it.
Low budget, bad-acting. The most horrifying thing about it was the dialogue...

Lillym: Boy did it suck... Could not take it after the first 10 mins. Good thing I watched it on dvd and could switch it off.
I have to admit it.. the trailers did it for me.. I *had to see* what the monster was.. ..and I'm not one to talk during movies but I kept asking outloud.. "uh.. so when do we see the monster? ...hey there it.. nope it's gone again.."

Hercules goes bananas.... it had to of been arnold swartzenagers first movie ever... the dubbing was so bad.. it was a half hour or more off... the first 30 minutes of the movie you were watching their mouths move without hearing any sound.
