It is my opinion, maybe you like it. This movie had 4 nomination to Oscar and won it for screenplay.

How you did it? :) It is catastrophic movie so it is loud, spectacular and has fast action. Don't you like Leonardo?
I like this movie.

I actually liked the titanic. Mind you I didn't find the big deal everyone made it out to be. But I still enjoyed it

I reeeeally liked Titanic.. not for the love story stuff.. but for the history of what happened to the ship and the people that night.

if you ever watched any of the documentaries .. or the making of stuff.. they got it as bang on as possible.

I think (as history).. it's a frickin brilliant film..

When I was a kid I met someone who had been on the Titanic that night.. he had only been a child, but he came to talk to us about it in a history lesson in school.

I feel sooo bad when look back at the time.. because he was an old fella.. telling this bunch of children all about some.. yawn sleep bloody boring ole boat that sank.. whoop-de-doo.. sleep

I would love to have that time over and have asked him so much more.

Barnagie, uh just because I kept nodding off, doesn't mean I didn't see pretty much all of it between BOTH attempts. TRIED to stay awake during anything I hadn't seen the first time. LOL Those "romantic" scenes, yawn, along with the rest of it LOL I know a lot will get all bent out of shape about this remark, but I didn't even get what the facination was with the lead actress. Thought she was very unconvincing and not even remotely attractive, so love scenes kinda weren't working for me in the first place. Had the same reaction as when people are oooooing and awwwing over Brad Pitt LOL "I dont' get it". LOL
I actually laughed at the SFX when they made Leo "frozen". (I do work with SFX, so I pick things apart more than most) Maybe I was just sooo disappointed due to all the hype about it. Taught me not to listen to my daughter when it comes to movie reviews LOL

RillyNiceGuy, I caught the joke, but I think angelina missed it. Do they still have that sign off thing? Did they ever have it in her part of the world? Well, does TV even "sign off" any more? LOL

Well there have been many...but I think the worst by far had to be "Meet Joe Black"...that film went on forever, and the acting was sooooooooooooo bad. Brad usualy turns in a good perfomance, and Anthony but it failed to show through. And no it's not because I don't like "chick flicks"...there are loads of good films directed at women, with strong charachters, story lines and acting, just this lacked it all and droned on for 2.5 hours....laugh

ohhh I like that movie. And brad pitt was smoking hot in that, not as hot as he was in Troy, but hot.

I loved the story line in meet joe black happy place
