That's great Chrissy, i'm not on any particular diet, but I do eat healthy, and stay in shape with my workouts..

I eat a lot of organic foods.. (and also alot of norty stuff lol)
But I buy organic bread, milk, cheese, meat.. eggs etc.. other bits and bobs.. oh flour.. butter. Depends really.

Seriously, I eat organic grain products, and I drink organic milk. I don't eat much meat so I don't have that to worry about, really.
I stick to chicken, mostly, and locally grown at that. It's not universally organic, but they're all free range, so I'm satisfied with that much...
