i agree with you, to each their own but you are right when it comes to what age group or there abouts have things in common or not, when i was looking i too would look to see how young they would go, the YOUNGER the BIGGER TURN OFF, seriously, i saw some nice looking men that wanted to be boys going for the younger ones so i didn't bother to flower or email them, all because of that, says a lot to me.JMO

You see, I am 40 and I want a guy who is on the same wavelength as me.
I have stipulated in my profile, that I want no guy under 35.
But yes, I have noticed men who want women much younger than them.
However, I have been approached many times by younger men, I send them back to their mother.
I have knickers older than most of them.

Now, I dont wanna seem ageist or anything, but I just wonder what would a 25 year old have in common with a 38 year old?? I know tastes in music etc are not necessarily age-related but come on guys!!! Surely you are more likely to find common ground with a woman nearer your own age ?
I suspect that a 38 year old may have sown his wild oats and want to settle down and have kids, in which case he has better chance with younger women.... but a fifty-something, who wants a thirty-something ?? That's TWENTY years, for **** sake !
If women were to specify guys fifteen to twenty years younger than them, we would be villified, laughed at, scorned etc etc.... So what do all you guys and gals out there think ??
